A class specifically for beginners, no shoes required!

Must be able to cleanly invert, outside & inside leg hangs on both sides with no hands, climb to top

Learn motions and conditioning for all climbs and inverts on spin pole

Learn unique basic shapes on spin pole and spin pole conditioning

Must be taking (Static) Pole 3 and Spin Pole 2 as well as able to comfortably Aerial Invert on Spin

Liquidy smooth heels work, no experience necessary

Students must meet the criteria for Level 1.5 Pole and have some comfort with Spin Pole

All levels hip-hop, club flow choreo - it is best if you have some pole experience

The most advanced moves for the most advanced polers - come trade knowledge and hang out!

An introduction to the use of the aerial fabric and an aerial hoop

The basics of fabric theory and an introduction to beginner moves

Pole with attached Silks, some experience in either apparatus or sling is required.

Building tricks, rolls, and dynamic movements into combos and short choreographies
