Service Description

Suitable for the beginner who is just starting with basic climbing and advanced students. Class will consist of 4-5 high intensity interval rounds that will include climbing the pole, various pole conditioning exercises, freestyle movement, and more. We'll work upper body, lower body, and core. Conditioning,... but make it cardio.

Cancellation Policy

Customers must cancel or reschedule using the system within 12 hours of the class start time. You must use the app to cancel classes. Late cancellations will result in a loss of credit. If you would prefer to keep your credit and pay a late cancel fee, you must have a card on file in our merchandise system (Square) and let us know no less than one hour from the start of class time that this is your preference. Please do not book private lessons or group sessions without first contacting the studio to arrange the session. You must set up your session with an instructor before booking online. We do not offer refunds or transfers of credit.
