Beginner/Intermediate Lyra Heels Class

Service Description

This class will be focusing on performing beginner and intermediate moves and combos, with the added challenge of executing them fluidly in heels. Students should be comfortable in platform dance heels and comfortable with the basics of lyra. We recommend students to have taken at least a few 1.5 Lyra classes and be familiar with basic spins and mounts (single knee/delilah mount, single knee spin, etc.). Please be aware that there will be no crash mats down for this class since a flat, stable surface is needed for heels. Bring your pole dance heels for this class. Legs should be covered to prevent hoop-burn, so recommended attire is as follows: leggings, close-fitting tops, spandex/lycra fitness sets, stretchy body suits with slim-fit style legs. Please bring 70% or more alcohol and a microfiber cloth. If you do not have alcohol and a cloth, they are available for purchase at the studio. Leggings are also available for purchase.

Cancellation Policy

Classes must be cancelled in the app 12 hours prior to class start time. Emails and messages will not be accepted. If you do not cancel in time you will lose your class credit unless you notify us that you would prefer to pay a $10 fee. If you are more than 15 minutes late to class, you will not be able to participate in class and will lose your credit or need to pay the $10 fee. You must notify us AT LEAST two hours in advance to have the option of the $10 fee instead. We do not offer refunds or transfers of credit, so please pay attention when booking. All workshops, camps, special guests, and private parties are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled or exchanged for another class or credit.
