Service Description

This class will focus on more advanced spins and shapes, the start of inverting and climbing, and beginning to work on spin pole. Please bring 70% or more alcohol, a microfibre cloth, and a yoga mat if you have one. If you do not have alcohol and a cloth, they are available for purchase at the studio. You will need skin contact with at least your knees and possibly your thighs.

Cancellation Policy

Customers must cancel or reschedule using the system within 12 hours of the class start time. You must use the app to cancel classes. Late cancellations will result in a loss of credit. If you would prefer to keep your credit and pay a late cancel fee, you must have a card on file in our merchandise system (Square) and let us know by the end of class time this is your preference. Please do not book private lessons or group sessions without first contacting the studio to arrange the session. You must set up your session with an instructor before booking online. We do not offer refunds or transfers of credit.
