Level 3 Pole Tricks and Combos

Service Description

This class will work on more advanced moves with three points of contact as well as some moves with two points of contact. Many of these moves will require brass, so if you cannot shouldermount, you should know how to get into brass another way. Must also meet all requirements for Level 2.5 Please bring 70% or more alcohol, a microfibre cloth, and a yoga mat if you have one. If you do not have alcohol and a cloth, they are available for purchase at the studio. You will need your legs free to grip the pole and will probably want to have the ability to use your sides and shoulders.

Cancelation Policy

Customers must cancel or reschedule using the system within 12 hours of the class start time. You must use the app to cancel classes. Late cancellations will result in a loss of credit. If you would prefer to keep your credit and pay a late cancel fee, you must have a card on file in our merchandise system (Square) and let us know no less than one hour from the start of class time that this is your preference. Please do not book private lessons or group sessions without first contacting the studio to arrange the session. You must set up your session with an instructor before booking online. We do not offer refunds or transfers of credit.
