Service Description
Requirements are STRONG Level 3 pole skills by our class definitions AND instructor permission - OR - currently competing at PSO Level 4/5 or equivalent. Join us for this exciting “class” where you can experiment with advanced moves surrounded by other elite polers. Take turns as a group or in small groups practicing your nemesis moves or the latest IG trends. Cheer each other on and help find those small corrections only the elite students and coaches can see. Several of our instructors are XPERT trained in advanced spotting techniques and some even have gymnastics coaching experience, so we are happy to help you with all of the flips and drops! Phoenix also owns a variety of mats and training tools to make training the top tricks easier. We hope to foster a sense of community among practitioners of varying styles and welcome instructors from the area to join us in this jam session. Please feel free to message us with any questions or if you are unsure if you might qualify. Please bring 70% or more alcohol, a microfiber cloth, and your grip. If you forget anything, we have polewear, shoes, kneepads, grip, and more for sale in our lobby.

Cancellation Policy
Classes must be cancelled in the app 12 hours prior to class start time. Emails and messages will not be accepted. If you do not cancel in time you will lose your class credit unless you notify us that you would prefer to pay a $10 fee. If you are more than 15 minutes late to class, you will not be able to participate in class and will lose your credit or need to pay the $10 fee. You must notify us AT LEAST two hours in advance to have the option of the $10 fee instead. We do not offer refunds or transfers of credit, so please pay attention when booking. All workshops, special guests, and private parties are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled or exchanged for another class or credit.
