Service Description

Students must be able to climb to the top of the pole with ease, have a strong invert into outside leg hangs without a spot, along with no hands in their outside and inside leg hangs, as well as a butterfly, extended butterfly, and be working on shoulder mounts/aerial inverts to attend. Students need to be able to hold outside and inside leg hangs for at least 15 counts in the air without sliding to the ground. This class will focus on upper intermediate tricks and begin moving dancers into more advanced moves, then putting these moves together into combos. Please bring 70% or more alcohol, a microfibre cloth, and a yoga mat if you have one. If you do not have alcohol and a cloth, they are available for purchase at the studio. You will need your legs free to grip the pole and will probably want to have the ability to use your sides and shoulders.

Cancellation Policy

Classes must be cancelled in the app 12 hours prior to class start time. Emails and messages will not be accepted. If you do not cancel in time you will lose your class credit unless you notify us that you would prefer to pay a $10 fee. If you are more than 15 minutes late to class, you will not be able to participate in class and will lose your credit or need to pay the $10 fee. You must notify us AT LEAST two hours in advance to have the option of the $10 fee instead. We do not offer refunds or transfers of credit, so please pay attention when booking. All workshops, special guests, and private parties are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled or exchanged for another class or credit.
