Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced aerialist, our classes are designed to help you build strength, confidence, and artistry. Each class is structured to allow you to progress at your own pace under the guidance of experienced instructors. We focus on helping you develop strength, flexibility, and confidence safely. You’ll be amazed at what you can achieve with consistent practice and the encouragement of our supportive community.

For pole fitness, we recommend wearing shorts and a tank top to allow for better skin grip on the pole. For aerial classes like silks or hoop, leggings and a fitted top are best to protect your skin and improve comfort. Always bring water, a towel, and a positive attitude! Our instructors will guide you on any additional class-specific needs or safety recommendations.
